We value your satisfaction with your purchase from Saga Furnitures LLC. To ensure you have a great experience, we’ve created a straightforward replacement and returns policy.

Return & Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective, you can request an exact replacement within 48 hours of delivery. For your claim to be accepted:

  • The item must be in original condition and packaging.
  • You must submit photos of the unopened package and the product after it’s opened.
  • Follow the Instructions for Receiving Freight included in your order confirmation email.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them by accessing your dashboard at www.SagaFurniture.com/dashboard.
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. Please note, delays in shipment are not grounds for cancellation.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized items
  • Bundled items (e.g., 4 for $40)
  • Items marked “non-returnable”
  • Assembled, installed, or used items

Damaged or Wrong Item Replacement

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide an exact replacement at no cost. Return shipping is covered by us. Be sure to:

  • Mark any package damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Take photos and report any damage within the required time. Note: All electrical items (e.g., lights, fans) must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Filing a Damage or Defective Claim

To file a claim for damaged, defective, or missing parts:

  • Access your dashboard at www.SagaFurniture.com/dashboard within 2 days of receiving the item.

Rugs & Velvet Items

Sizes of rugs may vary by 1% to 3% due to industry standards. Rugs or velvets that do not exactly match specified dimensions or have minor creases are not considered defective and are not eligible for return.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

For returns due to a change of mind:

  • Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 24 hours of receipt by accessing www.SagaFurniture.com/dashboard.
  • Return shipping costs, a 30% restocking fee, and a 3% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your return confirmation email will include a shipping label for FedEx, UPS, or USPS drop-off. Special carriers for large or fragile items may require alternative arrangements.

Missing or Incomplete Orders

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please verify your shipping address.
  • Check your mailbox, entrances, and with neighbors.
  • Look for delivery attempt notices.

If the package remains missing, you can file a claim with the carrier after 6 days.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Once delivered, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. Saga Furnitures is not responsible for stolen items after delivery.

Updating Your Account Information

To update your account information, visit the My Account section on our website.

Promo Codes, Store Credit, and Gift Cards

Promo codes, store credits, and gift cards can be applied during checkout. Store credit and gift cards never expire.

Fraudulent Chargeback Claims

Fraudulent claims waive all rights to further service, and charges may apply for processing and administrative costs.

Rejecting Shipments without Authorization

Rejecting a delivery without an RMA will be treated as delivered, and you may be responsible for storage and additional shipping fees.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers must ensure a correct and accessible delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to accessibility issues, the order will be considered delivered. Further delivery attempts may incur additional fees.
